Maddie Lenhart
artist & songwriter

Maddie Lenhart’s story starts in rural Virginia, where she was singing before she could talk and inventing songs long before she knew how to write them down. After earning her degree in the Blue Ridge Mountains, she moved to Nashville and quickly realized that working behind the scenes wasn’t enough—she had her own stories to tell. The pandemic became her catalyst to go all-in, launching her into the city’s songwriting community, where she wrote hundreds of songs and went on to earn more than 40 independent songwriter cuts.

Her debut single “Sober” arrived in 2023 and has since surpassed 800,000 organic streams, paving the way for a series of standout milestones: headlining The Basement, delivering celebrated performances across Nashville, consistently selling out writers’ rounds at The Listening Room Café and The Bluebird Café, and achieving major hometown moments including a sold-out show at The Barns at Wolf Trap and a headlining performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

In 2025, Maddie’s momentum has only accelerated. Named one of Holler’s “10 Artists You Need to Know,” she released seven new original songs, performed at CMA Fest, and earned a Billboard feature for her breakout track “Drive Me Crazy.” With a growing fanbase, a sharpened artistic identity, and unstoppable upward trajectory, Maddie is carving out her place in country music—rooted in Appalachian soul, elevated by honest storytelling, and powered by a drive that shows no signs of slowing down.
